Who pays import taxes for Custom and personalised orders?


Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. This includes any customs or administration charges applied by delivery companies due to Brexit. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Are your bracelets suitable for children?

Due to small parts and use of different strings / cords our products are not suitable for children age 5 and below. Children aged under 10 should be supervised when attaching bracelets / anklets to wrist or ankle

Can I cancel my order?

All customers have the right to cancel their order for 2 hours after purchase.

After this time we will not be able to cancel as we can start work on your order immediately.

At our own discretion we may be able to cancel your order. This does not apply to personalised or custom orders.

Do you provide proofs before shipping?

We do not provide proofs or pictures prior to dispatch on any of our standard items.

We will only provide proofs or pictures if expressly agreed prior to purchase on custom items. We will agree with you (the customer) the number of proofs / pictures.

Where will my order be posted?

All orders will be posted to the address you have on file with us.

Please check it prior to ordering and upon checkout.

Any orders that are returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will incur new postal charges. These charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.

There will be no refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address.

For personalised or custom orders where the customer refuses to pay the new postal charges there will be no refunds for their order.
